Executive Summary
In the '70's I went to university to study anything. Somewhere along the line several friends and I opened a mortgage company. We operated the company for several years building up the portfolio. Then we sold the company to a development firm.
From there, I was hired by Logistics and Distribution company. while there I took 3 years of CGA courses to help with the management of the company. I became warehouse and fleet Manger I also finished university degree online. I was put in charge of Installing the computer system for tracking and scheduling the fleet and warehouses.
After they were sold I started with LDB. this was my first Introduction to process manufacturing, they blended their own spirits. I spent several years with tasting committee between my duties in the store system. Before I left I spent several years installing computer systems in stores for their inventory control systems.
I left the LDB to work in private sector. I began subcontracting to a marketing company that specialised in rationalising inventory. I began a computer company with some friends and began working with smaller companies. This was also my introduction to small MTO (manufacture to order) and MTS (make to sell) manufacturing companies.
I had an opportunity to join PriceWaterhouseCoopers and worked as account manager for JD Edwards ERP Systems. While there I began working with Seibel CRM systems on a number of projects while at PWC. PWC sold off its Consulting Business.
I am currently working as a consultant to several Software companies in the SMB (small to
medium business) market. I have extensive experience in Customer Relationship
management and Supply Chain management in several industries. Most of my time is spent with the client working out what their needs are and how they fit with the rest of their company's requirements.
